ONE ABQ TECH STARTUP WILL WIN A TRIP TO SINGAPORE

The Trade Alliance and Bernalillo County Commissioner Maggie Hart Stebbins are proud to launch the Singapore Launchpad for Innovation, Networking, and Globalization (ABQ-SLING) Program! ABQ-SLING is an opportunity for a Bernalillo County technology-based startup to win a fellowship to travel to Singapore to participate in a 3-week intensive international business boot camp. The boot camp, called the “Market Access Programme” will take place from January 14 through February 1st, 2019 and is hosted by the world-renowned Singapore Action for Community Entrepreneurship (ACE) International Centre.

The application filing period begins on Monday, October 8 and ends on October 31, 2018. Only one company will be selected. Applicants must be technology startups with less than 5 years of incorporation and have generated sales. Applicants must be based in Bernalillo County and will be permitted to send up to two representatives to Singapore.

- $6,000 TUITION TO ATTEND THE GLOBAL ACCESS PROGRAMME.
- $4,000 STIPEND TO OFFSET TRAVEL AND LODGING EXPENSES.

- ANY EXPENSES BEYOND THE $4,000 STIPEND.
